TBF Queen Bees
The 2025 TBF Race Series launched in inspiring fashion this past weekend! The TBF Queen Bees gathered at the King of Prussia Town Center on Sunday, September 7th, to participate in the annual Queen of Prussia 10K/5K!
This all women’s race celebrates strength, resilience, and community, all of which are values that align with our mission at TBF. It was the perfect way to kick off this year’s series, surrounded by runners and walkers committed not only to health and fitness, but to making a difference.
We were elated to be joined, virtually, by Team Lo and Yeah BAY Bees, who also participated in Sunday’s event! Both teams walked in honor of our shared mission: to help create a future where these devastating ruptures are prevented before they rupture.

Team Lo
Gathering at Cynwyd Trail, Team Lo enthusiastically conquered the rainy walk! Jaimie Meltzer, Team Captain, shared her powerful reason for walking, “We walk because awareness saves lives. We walk because research offers hope. And we walk because love keeps us moving forward.” Jaime created Team Lo in honor of her sister, who tragically passed away from a brain aneurysm a few years ago.

Yeah Bay Bee’s
Yeah BAY Bee’s, led by Debbie Bryden, set out on their walk around Rehoboth on Sunday morning. Together, with family and friends, the Yeah BAY Bee’s team honored Kenny Bryden, who they tragically lost from a ruptured brain aneurysm in 2017. Debbie stated that “on a cool 69 degree with pouring rain “Yeah BAY Bee ‘s completed their walk. Happy times were had by all.”
This September, friends and families from all across the country are coming together to walk in honor of loved ones impacted by brain aneurysms.

The Queen of Prussia Expo
Our weekend began on Saturday at the Queen of Prussia Expo, where we had the opportunity to connect with so many incredible individuals. From runners and supporters to health advocates and survivors, the energy was exhilarating. We were honored to share our mission, tell the stories behind our work, and build momentum in our fight against brain aneurysms.
Thank you!
To everyone who stopped by the TBF booth, asked questions, listened to our stories, or shared their own, thank you. These conversations are where real change begins. We hope you all go out and spread awareness!
A huge thank you to the TBF Queen Bees, Team Lo, and to Yay BAY Bee’s for showing up, speaking out, and spreading awareness. Every step you take, moves us closer to a world without brain aneurysms.
Stay Tuned!
This is just the beginning of the 2025 TBF Race Series! Stay tuned for our upcoming TBF Races. Let’s keep running toward awareness, research, and prevention. Together, we can stomp out brain aneurysms!
A special thanks to Mari Mix, our office Race sponsor for providing MariMix Snack Mix at all our in-person races and debuting at the Queen of Prussia!” Check out their website here to learn more about Mari Mix and founder Mari, a brain aneurysm survivor.
