End of Year Message

As we end another year, we at The Bee Foundation would like to pause for a moment and thank each one of you for your continuing support of The Bee Foundation and steadfast belief that Brain Aneurysms can be prevented. Despite a year filled with uncertainty, one thing has remained true and that is the commitment, generosity and strength of this community. 2021 has been a momentous year for The Bee Foundation, more than tripling our donations and exponentially growing our community of supporters, survivors, caregivers, affected families, researchers and donors. This growth means more research, more awareness, more advocacy and an even stronger Bee Foundation family.

Each day we are overwhelmed by the devastation of this disease and the how quickly it changes our lives and the lives of those we love. Each story hits home with a far too familiar pang of grief; knowing a life was lost far too early with little warning. But there are also glimmers of hope and stories of resilience and we are so grateful to be able to share these with you. And it is these stories that push us to fight harder against this disease.

If we’ve learned anything over the last 18 months it is this: things we never thought would happen, can happen and often will.  And that includes both the scary and the amazing, because science works and with the right resources, capital and minds we will overcome this disease.

As we head into 2022, we wish you all can take a moment) to set your intentions for the year. Our intention is to support this community with opportunities for connection, spreading awareness and funding meaningful research, and we look forward to sharing all of that exciting progress with you.

From all of us at The Bee Foundation – Thank you & Happy New Year.
