A Different Valentine’s Day Activity

Are you bored with the standard chocolate and flowers for Valentine’s day? How about this year you and a loved on support a charitable cause that is close to your hearts? Through our fundraising system, you can come up with a fun activity to do together and find a way to turn it into support for brain aneurysm research and awareness!

Parties, happy hours, fun runs, bake sales, and more can all raise money for a great cause. Fundraising with The Bee Foundation is easy, so read on to learn how to set up your page and check back on our social media all month for some creative fundraising ideas!

First, go to https://www.thebeefoundation.org. Then click “Fundraise” in our top menu.

An assortment of fundraising options will be displayed. Pick your favorite and click “Start Fundraising.” The next webpage will display past events in the category, as well as a button in the top right that says “Become a Fundraiser.” Click there.

You can create an account using either your Facebook or your email address. Once you have created your account, you will be taken to your fundraising page and you can start customizing. Here’s what the page looks like and where you can go to make edits:

You can get as creative as you want with your fundraising events, but if you haven’t thought of anything yet don’t worry! Valentine’s Day isn’t your only chance to make a difference. Make fundraising for brain aneurysm awareness and research an activity you and a loved one can share this February 14th and join us in changing the lives of those impacted by brain aneurysms.
